Sleeve length runs from 17¼" at S to 21" at 3XL. Most tees are cut from a tri-blend with natural stretch — the athletic fit sits closer to the body than a classic cut.

Official recommendation: if you are between sizes or prefer a looser fit, go to the next size up. Tri-blend tees relax slightly with wear; expect minor variation of up to an inch from manual production tolerance.

Style Notes
- Standard fit hoodies. Most pullover and zip styles run S through 3XL and fit true to your regular top size.
- Heavyweight fleece. Thicker 80/20 cotton-poly builds have less stretch — if you plan to layer over a base layer, consider the next size up.
- Poncho hoodies. Cut oversized with limited stretch and offered in S–2XL; they already run larger than standard hoodies, so order your normal size.
- Women's hoodies. Cut to a standard women's fit in S–3XL; between sizes, size up for a relaxed layer.
Hoodies are meant to layer. If your chest measurement lands at the top of a range, take the larger size for comfortable movement.
How to Measure
Use a soft tape measure and keep it level and snug — never tight.
Body Measurements
- Chest. With arms relaxed at your sides, measure around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms and across the shoulder blades.
- Waist. Measure around your natural waistline — the smallest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button.
- Low Hip. Standing with legs together, measure around the fullest part of your hips.
- Head (for hats). Measure around your head just above the ears and eyebrows, at the widest point, where a cap band would sit.
Garment Flat Measurements
- Lay the garment flat on a smooth, hard surface, smoothing out wrinkles without stretching the fabric.
- Chest width. Measure straight across from one armpit seam to the other — that is the flat width. Multiply by two for full chest circumference.
- Body length. Measure from the highest point of the shoulder seam straight down to the bottom hem.
- Sleeve length. Measure from the shoulder seam at the top of the arm down to the end of the cuff, with the sleeve slightly bent.
Measuring Tips
- Compare a shirt you already love, laid flat, against the garment charts — the fastest way to nail your size.
- Measure over the baselayer you would typically wear under a hoodie.
- If your measurement lands between two sizes, take the larger one — especially for hoodies and layering pieces.
- All garment charts list flat measurements; a laid-flat tape reads about half the body circumference.

Hats & Headwear
- One size fits most. Trucker hats, snapbacks, and patch hats use adjustable snap or strap closures — no sizing to choose.
- Fit range. Adjustable caps accommodate head sizes up to roughly 7¾ in hat sizing; measure above the ears to check.
- Beanies. Stretch-fit knit adapts to most head sizes without an closure.
