T-Shirt Size Chart

Garment measurements taken flat, in inches. Full chest circumference = flat chest width × 2.

Men's / Unisex Tees — Athletic Fit

Size Chest Width (flat) Body Length Chest Circumference
S 18" 28" 36"
M 20" 29" 40"
L 22" 30" 44"
XL 24" 31" 48"
2XL 26" 32" 52"
3XL 28" 33" 56"

Sleeve length runs from 17¼" at S to 21" at 3XL. Most tees are cut from a tri-blend with natural stretch — the athletic fit sits closer to the body than a classic cut.

Women's Tees — Classic Relaxed Fit

Size Chest Width (flat) Body Length Chest Circumference
S 18¼" 26" 36½"
M 19¼" 26½" 38½"
L 20¾" 27¼" 41½"
XL 22¼" 28" 44½"
2XL 24¼" 28½" 48½"
3XL 26¼" 29" 52½"

Sleeve length runs from 13½" at S to 17" at 3XL.

Official recommendation: if you are between sizes or prefer a looser fit, go to the next size up. Tri-blend tees relax slightly with wear; expect minor variation of up to an inch from manual production tolerance.

Hoodies & Fleece Size Chart

Hoodie garment specs vary by style and fabric weight, so match your body measurements to the chart below.

Body Measurements (in)

Size Chest Waist Low Hip
XS 35–36" 29½–30½" 34½–35½"
S 37–38" 31½–32½" 36½–37½"
M 39–40" 33½–34½" 38½–39½"
L 42–44" 36¾–39" 41½–43¼"
XL 46–48" 41¼–43½" 45–46¾"
2XL 50–52" 45¾–48" 48½–50½"

Style Notes

  • Standard fit hoodies. Most pullover and zip styles run S through 3XL and fit true to your regular top size.
  • Heavyweight fleece. Thicker 80/20 cotton-poly builds have less stretch — if you plan to layer over a base layer, consider the next size up.
  • Poncho hoodies. Cut oversized with limited stretch and offered in S–2XL; they already run larger than standard hoodies, so order your normal size.
  • Women's hoodies. Cut to a standard women's fit in S–3XL; between sizes, size up for a relaxed layer.
Hoodies are meant to layer. If your chest measurement lands at the top of a range, take the larger size for comfortable movement.

How to Measure

Use a soft tape measure and keep it level and snug — never tight.

Body Measurements

  1. Chest. With arms relaxed at your sides, measure around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms and across the shoulder blades.
  2. Waist. Measure around your natural waistline — the smallest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button.
  3. Low Hip. Standing with legs together, measure around the fullest part of your hips.
  4. Head (for hats). Measure around your head just above the ears and eyebrows, at the widest point, where a cap band would sit.

Garment Flat Measurements

  1. Lay the garment flat on a smooth, hard surface, smoothing out wrinkles without stretching the fabric.
  2. Chest width. Measure straight across from one armpit seam to the other — that is the flat width. Multiply by two for full chest circumference.
  3. Body length. Measure from the highest point of the shoulder seam straight down to the bottom hem.
  4. Sleeve length. Measure from the shoulder seam at the top of the arm down to the end of the cuff, with the sleeve slightly bent.

Measuring Tips

  • Compare a shirt you already love, laid flat, against the garment charts — the fastest way to nail your size.
  • Measure over the baselayer you would typically wear under a hoodie.
  • If your measurement lands between two sizes, take the larger one — especially for hoodies and layering pieces.
  • All garment charts list flat measurements; a laid-flat tape reads about half the body circumference.

Fit & Fabric Guide

How each fit is cut, and what it is made of.

Fit Styles

Fit How It Wears
Unisex / Athletic Trim through the chest and shoulders with a tailored body — snugger than a classic cut; tri-blend fabric adds stretch.
Classic A traditional straight cut with standard room through the chest and waist — the safest choice if you dislike a slim fit.
Women's Relaxed Contoured but easy through the body, shorter body and sleeve than unisex sizing.
Poncho / Oversized Deliberately boxy and roomy with limited stretch — sized looser than standard hoodies by design.

Fabric Blends

Garment Composition Feel
Athletic tees & tanks 50% polyester / 25% cotton / 25% rayon Soft, lightweight, gentle drape and stretch
Classic-cut tees 60% cotton / 40% polyester Traditional tee hand-feel, holds its shape
Heavyweight hoodies 80% cotton / 20% polyester Thick, structured, brushed interior
Midweight pullovers 55% cotton / 45% polyester Everyday warmth without bulk
Poncho hoodies 52% cotton / 48% polyester Loose weave, oversized drape
Women's pullover hoodies 60% polyester / 40% cotton Plush, standard women's fit

Hats & Headwear

  • One size fits most. Trucker hats, snapbacks, and patch hats use adjustable snap or strap closures — no sizing to choose.
  • Fit range. Adjustable caps accommodate head sizes up to roughly 7¾ in hat sizing; measure above the ears to check.
  • Beanies. Stretch-fit knit adapts to most head sizes without an closure.
